Detection of the sealing of water -soluble capsules for washing machines and dishwashers

SPB is a manufacturer of water -soluble capsules for washing machines and dishwashers.
These capsules are made up of several compartments that may contain powder or liquid.

It has several manufacturing lines for this product with basically two technologies: rotary
drum manufacturing and flat manufacturing.

Due to the nature of the process, in a small percentage the film does not seal well. This
causes liquid or dust leaks. Either towards the outside of the capsule or between
compartments of the capsule.

How could we

How could SPB have an effective liquid or dust leak detection system that would allow it to
discriminate against defective (poorly sealed) capsules?
